Slots are reserved while you check out. If they expire we will show you the next available windows rather than silently moving your order.

If it arrives poorly, tell us
Send one photo within 48 hours and we remake and redeliver, or refund. No form to fill in, no proof-of-purchase hunt — we already have your order.
Change anything until 18:00 the day before
Date, address, card message, even the whole arrangement. After that the stems are conditioned for your order specifically and it is locked.
A person answers the phone
Between 08:00 and 19:00 you get a florist, not a queue. Most delivery problems are solved in under two minutes that way.
