1. Who we are

2. The contract

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email, not when you complete checkout. If we cannot fulfil an order — for example, the delivery address falls outside our service area, or a required stem is unavailable and no substitute is acceptable to you — we will tell you promptly and refund in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices include Turkish VAT (KDV) where applicable. Delivery charges are shown before you pay. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; where a price was obviously wrong we will contact you before dispatching and you may cancel without charge.

We currently take payment by bank transfer (EFT) only. Your order is placed and the delivery window reserved as soon as you check out; we confirm your payment by hand once the transfer lands, usually within a few hours during the day, and will contact you if it has not arrived by the day before delivery.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates given in the fixed three-hour window you chose at checkout, not guarantees of a precise minute. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, road closures and building access restrictions.

It is your responsibility to supply a complete and accurate delivery address and a contact number for the recipient. Redelivery arising from an incorrect address supplied by you is chargeable.

5. Substitution

Fresh flowers are seasonal and supply varies. Where a specified flower is unavailable we will substitute an item of equal or greater value in the same colour family, and we will notify you with a photograph before dispatch so that you may approve the substitution or cancel for a full refund. We will not substitute without notice.

6. Cancellation and the perishable-goods exception

You may cancel or amend an order free of charge until 18:00 on the day before the delivery date. After that time the order is final because the goods are made to order and perishable, and are therefore excepted from the standard distance-selling cancellation right.

Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights where goods are faulty, not as described, or not delivered. See our freshness guarantee.

7. Card messages and personal data

Card messages are transcribed by hand exactly as submitted. We do not correct spelling or add a signature. We reserve the right to refuse to transcribe a message that is unlawful, threatening or grossly offensive, and to cancel and refund such an order.

Recipient details you supply are processed solely to fulfil the delivery. See our privacy policy.

8. Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval selected and are charged per delivery. You may skip or pause any delivery up to 24 hours before dispatch, and cancel the subscription at any time with immediate effect and no further charge.

9. Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability which cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss arising from flowers not arriving in time for an event.

10. Allergies and toxicity

Some flowers are toxic to pets — lilies in particular are severely toxic to cats — and some cause allergic reactions. It is your responsibility to inform us of relevant restrictions using the notes field at checkout. Where you have told us, we will honour it; where you have not, we cannot be held responsible.

11. Events and weddings

Wedding and event work is governed by a separate written quotation and contract, which takes precedence over these terms where they conflict. Deposits are 30% and become non-refundable 30 days before the event date.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, and the courts of Istanbul have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version applicable to your order is the one published at the time you placed it, and we archive every version. Ask us for a copy at any time.
