Every bouquet is carried by hand, up stairwells, through traffic, in the rain, so it reaches the door exactly when you promised. If that deserves a little something extra, 100% of this goes straight to the courier who delivers it.

Fresh flowers are perishable — please read this bit Cut flowers are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period because they are made to order and perish quickly. You can change or cancel free until 18:00 the day before your delivery date. After that we have already cut and conditioned the stems for you, and the order is final. Our freshness guarantee still applies in full if anything arrives in poor condition.
