Valentine's Day Flowers in Istanbul: Ordering From Abroad Without Missing the Day

Valentine's Day is the single busiest delivery day of our year, and that is true for every florist in Istanbul, not only for us. Courier capacity and the evening delivery windows fill up days before the 14th. If you are ordering from another country, plan on two or three days of margin rather than hoping for a same-day slot on the morning itself.

In 2027 the 14th falls on a Sunday. We deliver every day of the week, Sundays included, across all 39 districts of Istanbul, with no weekend surcharge. That is worth checking wherever you end up ordering, because international relay networks often leave Sundays and public holidays out of their delivery guarantee.

The cut-off in your own time zone

Our same-day cut-off is 18:00 Istanbul time and our nine delivery windows run from 09:00 to 22:00. Turkey stays on UTC+3 all year and does not change its clocks, so in February 18:00 in Istanbul is 16:00 in Berlin and Paris, 15:00 in London and 10:00 in New York. Ordering in your own evening on the 14th is, in practice, ordering for the 15th. The evening windows are also the first to go on this date, so if you want the flowers to arrive while both people are home, pick the date and the window at checkout in advance. What to send, and what it costs

Red roses remain the classic and our romance collection is built around them, but the range runs wider than roses alone. Most arrangements sit between 40 and 90 euros, more than forty of them are under 50 euros, and delivery is free everywhere in Istanbul, so the figure on the product page is the full price. You are charged in the currency shown to you, at the rate fixed the moment you order.

Keeping it a surprise

Our courier normally calls the person receiving before arriving. That is the reliable way to deliver first time, and it is also the thing that gives a surprise away. If you would rather they did not know, tick the box at checkout saying you do not have a phone number for the recipient: your own number becomes the contact for that delivery instead. Adding the floor and the name on the buzzer to the address makes a call unnecessary in most cases.

Either way you see the bouquet before it arrives. We photograph the arrangement made for your order before it leaves the workshop and send that photo to you on WhatsApp, and a second photo after the handover shows where it was left.
