A real Istanbul florist, not a relay network that forwards your order to whoever happens to be nearest. We make the arrangement ourselves, deliver it ourselves, and tell you which window it will arrive in.
What “Turkey” means on this page
We deliver across Istanbul, all 39 districts, same day. We do not ship to Ankara, Izmir or anywhere outside the city, and we never hand your order to a courier network and hope for the best.
If the person you are sending to lives in Istanbul, and for orders placed from abroad that is almost always the case, this limit costs you nothing. It is the reason we can promise you a delivery window instead of a vague delivery day.

Pick the arrangement
Every photograph on this site is of a bouquet our own florists made. There are no supplier catalogue images, so what you choose is what gets built.
Give the address
District and neighbourhood, then the postcode fills itself in. The recipient phone number matters more than anything else on the form: one failed delivery in three is a driver who cannot get into the building.
Choose a delivery window
Nine fixed windows between 09:00 and 22:00 Istanbul time. A window disappears from the list once its start time has passed, so whatever is still showing is genuinely still possible.
Pay in your own currency
Prices are set in Turkish lira and shown in EUR, USD or GBP at that day’s rate, so you know what you are spending before you commit. Card and PayPal both work from outside Turkey.

The price that changes at checkout
You see EUR, USD or GBP throughout, converted at the day’s rate, and delivery is free on every order with no minimum. There is no service fee or handling charge waiting at the end.
The bouquet that is not the bouquet
Relay networks show a stock image and pass your money to a shop you will never see. We photograph what we actually make, and if a flower is unavailable we email you a photograph of the alternative before anything is dispatched.
The delivery you never hear about again
You get an order confirmation, a photograph on delivery, and a notice if anything has to change. If there is a problem at the door we call you, not the recipient.

No, Istanbul only, and we would rather say so plainly than take the order and quietly pass it to a courier. We cover all 39 districts of the city with same-day delivery. If your recipient is in another Turkish city we will tell you straight away instead of letting you find out on the delivery day.

Yes. Payment goes through Stripe or PayPal, both of which accept cards issued anywhere. You do not need a Turkish bank account or a Turkish phone number to place an order.
No. Our drivers and florists deal with the recipient in Turkish. Everything you read yourself, the confirmation, the tracking page and any message from us, is in your own language.
Both work, but they need one extra detail: the room or ward number, and the name the building has the person registered under. Add it to the address line and the delivery goes through first time.
