Hospital deliveries go to the reception desk, not the bedside. We are not permitted past reception and no florist should tell you otherwise.

Yes, and this is the one delivery type we time to the minute rather than to a window. Give us the funeral home's name and the service time at checkout, and we will deliver at least 90 minutes before it starts, which is what most directors ask for.

Sympathy orders go out in plain packaging with no branding on the box, and the driver does not request a signature.

The driver calls the recipient. If there is no answer, they try a doorman, a neighbour, or a safe covered spot, and photograph exactly where the flowers were left. You get that photo by text.

If none of that is possible the flowers come back to the workshop, go into the cold room overnight and are redelivered the next day free of charge. They lose nothing. A cold room is a better environment than most hallways.

Yes, every day of the week including Sundays, on the same nine delivery windows as any other day. Around major holidays like Valentine's Day and Mother's Day demand is high and windows fill up faster, so order early if you want a specific one.

We are also open on Ramazan Bayramı, Kurban Bayramı and New Year's Day. Many Istanbul families travel or visit relatives on these days, so check that the recipient will be home and add their phone number.

You pick one of nine fixed three-hour windows at checkout, from 09:00 to 22:00. Once a window's start time has passed for the day, it drops off the list, so what you see is always genuinely bookable. We do not sell anything tighter than that, because traffic in this city makes a precise minute undeliverable as a promise.

Expanding beyond the city would mean handing orders to a network of florists we don't control, which is exactly the model that makes the arrangement you receive so often bear no resemblance to the photograph you chose.
