Flower subscriptions

The nicest thing you can put on a standing order

Every Monday our buyers go to market at 4am and choose whatever is best that morning. Subscribers get that — not a fixed bouquet repeated fifty-two times a year, but the actual seasonal peak, arranged by the same florists who make our shop orders.

  • Up to 15% below one-off pricesBecause we can plan the buying, not scramble for it.
  • Skip, pause or cancel from your accountOne click. No phone call, no "are you sure" retention script.
  • Tell us what you never wantAllergic to lilies? Hate carnations? We note it once and honour it forever.

Preferences and delivery

Florist's choice genuinely gets the best stems — we buy what peaked that morning rather than what fits a colour brief.
Lilies are toxic to cats, so tell us if there is one. We take this note seriously and it applies to every future delivery.

Reasonable questions

Skip the delivery from your account up to 24 hours before. You are not charged for a skipped week, and it does not extend or shorten anything — the rhythm simply resumes next time.

If you are away for a long stretch, pause the whole subscription and set a restart date.

No, and that is deliberate. We buy what is at its best that morning, which means genuine variety across the year and better value per stem. If you want a specific arrangement repeated, place a recurring order for a named bouquet instead — call us and we will set it up.

Not by default — most subscribers already own vases, and shipping glass every week is wasteful and expensive. You can add a vase to your first delivery for $18, or add one to any individual delivery from your account.

Yes. Tick the gift box in the builder and choose how many deliveries you are paying for — three, six or twelve. We email you a printable card, and the recipient chooses their own delivery day and tells us their preferences directly. They never see the price.

One button in your account, effective immediately, no final charge. We do not put cancellation behind a phone call because we think that practice is indefensible. If you ever cannot find the button, email us and we will do it for you the same day.
