Mini Purple Orchid & Kalanchoe Trio in Terracotta Pot
A compact mini purple orchid paired with pink and white kalanchoe in a rustic terracotta pot, a cheerful gift that keeps giving colour long after arrival.
Small in size but full of character, this arrangement brings together a mini purple orchid with double flowering stems and two mini kalanchoe plants, one pink and one white, all sharing a warm terracotta pot. The purple orchid lends a note of quiet elegance, while the kalanchoe adds a playful, long-lasting splash of colour that fills out the display. It's an easy gift to place on a desk, a kitchen windowsill or a bedside table, well suited to a birthday, an anniversary, or simply as a thank-you to someone who deserves a bit of colour in their day. Use the note page after checkout to add a few personal lines and make it even more meaningful.
What is actually in it
This arrangement combines one double-stemmed mini purple phalaenopsis orchid with one pink and one white mini kalanchoe (each roughly 5.5 cm), sharing a terracotta pot around 8 cm tall and 13 cm wide, with the overall arrangement standing 20 to 30 cm. Small natural variations in bloom count or exact styling can occur depending on seasonal availability.
What it looks like on day four
Both the orchid and the kalanchoe are potted plants rather than cut flowers, so this gift keeps going well beyond the usual week or two: the orchid blooms typically stay open for several weeks, and the kalanchoe will keep flowering on and off for months with a little care, making this one of the longer-lasting gifts in our range.
We photograph every listing on the bench under daylight. The image you are looking at is the arrangement, not a mood board.
Keep the orchid out of direct sun but somewhere bright, for example near a window with a sheer curtain, and water its roots by the soak method roughly once a week, letting any excess water drain away fully afterwards. The kalanchoe is more drought-tolerant: let the top of its soil dry out between waterings rather than keeping it constantly moist, and remove any faded flower heads to encourage new ones. Keep the whole pot away from heating vents and draughts.
The five things that actually matter
- Recut the stems. Two centimetres off at a 45° angle, under running water if you can. Air locks in the stem are the main cause of early droop.
- Strip leaves below the waterline. Submerged foliage rots and turns the water bacterial within a day.
- Change the water, do not just top it up. Every two days, with the sachet we include.
- Keep them away from fruit. Ripening fruit releases ethylene, which ages cut flowers dramatically faster.
- Cool and out of direct sun. A radiator or a sunny windowsill will halve the vase life of anything.
Do all five and you should see nine days from this bouquet rather than five. The long version is in the journal.

Delivery
Same-day delivery is available across all 39 districts of Istanbul, on the same nine daily delivery windows from 09:00 to 22:00. Delivery is always free, on every order, everywhere we deliver in Istanbul, no threshold, no surcharge.
We deliver in our own vans with our own drivers. That is more expensive than handing it to a parcel courier, and it is the reason 98.2% of orders land inside the window you chose.
Substitution policy
Fresh flowers are an agricultural product. Occasionally the market does not have what we planned for, especially with seasonal stems like peonies. When that happens we do one of two things, and never anything else:
- Substitute a stem of equal or greater value in the same colour family, and email you a photograph before dispatch so you can approve it or cancel for a full refund.
- If no acceptable substitute exists, we call you. We will not quietly send something different and hope you do not notice.
Cancellations
Change or cancel free until 18:00 the day before delivery. After that the flowers are cut and conditioned specifically for your order, so cancellation is not possible — this is the perishable-goods exception under distance-selling rules, and it is stated again at checkout before you pay.
