What is actually in it
This arrangement is built from exactly twenty-five red roses in a striped glass pitcher vase roughly 21.5 cm tall and 10 cm wide, finished with eucalyptus and dark green and red ribbons. Some dark markings at the edge of a petal are a natural trait of this rose variety, not a flaw.
What it looks like on day four
Freshly cut roses keep changing after they arrive, expect the outer petals to relax and the blooms to open a little wider over the first two to three days. With regular water top-ups and a fresh trim, this arrangement typically holds its colour and shape for seven to ten days.
We photograph every listing on the bench under daylight. The image you are looking at is the arrangement, not a mood board.
This arrangement arrives ready in its vase. Simply top up the water to the original level with room-temperature water every two to three days, add the flower food sachet provided, and keep it away from direct sun, heating vents and draughts. Trim half a centimetre off each stem every few days and remove any rose that starts to fade so the rest stay fresher for longer.
The five things that actually matter
- Recut the stems. Two centimetres off at a 45° angle, under running water if you can. Air locks in the stem are the main cause of early droop.
- Strip leaves below the waterline. Submerged foliage rots and turns the water bacterial within a day.
- Change the water, do not just top it up. Every two days, with the sachet we include.
- Keep them away from fruit. Ripening fruit releases ethylene, which ages cut flowers dramatically faster.
- Cool and out of direct sun. A radiator or a sunny windowsill will halve the vase life of anything.
Do all five and you should see nine days from this bouquet rather than five. The long version is in the journal.

Delivery
Same-day delivery is available across all 39 districts of Istanbul, on the same nine daily delivery windows from 09:00 to 22:00. Delivery is always free, on every order, everywhere we deliver in Istanbul, no threshold, no surcharge.
We deliver in our own vans with our own drivers. That is more expensive than handing it to a parcel courier, and it is the reason 98.2% of orders land inside the window you chose.
Substitution policy
Fresh flowers are an agricultural product. Occasionally the market does not have what we planned for, especially with seasonal stems like peonies. When that happens we do one of two things, and never anything else:
- Substitute a stem of equal or greater value in the same colour family, and email you a photograph before dispatch so you can approve it or cancel for a full refund.
- If no acceptable substitute exists, we call you. We will not quietly send something different and hope you do not notice.
Cancellations
Change or cancel free until 18:00 the day before delivery. After that the flowers are cut and conditioned specifically for your order, so cancellation is not possible — this is the perishable-goods exception under distance-selling rules, and it is stated again at checkout before you pay.
