White Lisianthus Bouquet in Kraft Wrap

White lisianthus has the delicate, layered look of a rose with a lighter, more natural feel. Here the blooms are gathered into a loose bouquet, wrapped in natural kraft paper and finished with a yellow ribbon. The effect is calm and understated, which makes it easy to give for many reasons: a thank-you, a birthday for someone who prefers simple things, a gentle message of sympathy or a gift for a couple on their wedding day. What is actually in it

What it looks like on day four
Lisianthus is a long-lasting cut flower: with fresh water and trimmed stems it usually stays beautiful for seven to ten days, and the remaining buds keep opening along the way.
We photograph every listing on the bench under daylight. The image you are looking at is the arrangement, not a mood board.
Once the bouquet arrives, remove the wrapping and any ties, strip the lower leaves and cut two to three centimetres off each stem at an angle, ideally under running water. Place it in a clean vase filled halfway with room-temperature water and add the flower food. Keep it away from direct sun, draughts and heaters, change the water every day and trim the stems slightly each time.
The five things that actually matter
- Recut the stems. Two centimetres off at a 45° angle, under running water if you can. Air locks in the stem are the main cause of early droop.
- Strip leaves below the waterline. Submerged foliage rots and turns the water bacterial within a day.
- Change the water, do not just top it up. Every two days, with the sachet we include.
- Keep them away from fruit. Ripening fruit releases ethylene, which ages cut flowers dramatically faster.
- Cool and out of direct sun. A radiator or a sunny windowsill will halve the vase life of anything.

Substitution policy
Fresh flowers are an agricultural product. Occasionally the market does not have what we planned for, especially with seasonal stems like peonies. When that happens we do one of two things, and never anything else:
- Message you on WhatsApp before dispatch with the alternative we propose, so you can approve it or cancel for a full refund.
- If there is no alternative you are happy with, you can cancel for a full refund. We will not quietly send something different and hope you do not notice.
Cancellations
Change or cancel free until 18:00 the day before delivery. After that the flowers are cut and conditioned specifically for your order, so cancellation is not possible. This is the perishable-goods exception under distance-selling rules, and it is stated again at checkout before you pay.
