Send flowers to a hotel in Istanbul
Someone you care about is in Istanbul for a few days. We deliver the same day to the front desk of their hotel, with our own florists and our own vans. Delivery is free and a handwritten card comes with the flowers.
Three things worth knowing before you order
Flowers go to the front desk, not to the room
Hotels do not let couriers past reception, and we would rather tell you that now than after the fact. Our driver hands the bouquet to the desk, and the desk calls the room or passes it over when your guest next walks in. In practice this works well: the flowers are kept cool at reception and waiting when they come back from their day, instead of being left outside a door.
Riyadh, Kuwait City and Doha are on the same clock as Istanbul
Our same-day cut-off is 18:00 Istanbul time, and that is 18:00 for you too if you are ordering from Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar or Bahrain. From the UAE it is 19:00 your time, from London 16:00, from Berlin and Paris 17:00. After the cut-off we deliver on the next date you choose. Nine delivery windows cover the day between 09:00 and 22:00, so you can aim for the evening, when a traveller is actually back at the hotel.
You will be told who took delivery
When the bouquet is handed over we record who received it, your guest themselves or the front desk, and the confirmation email tells you by name, in your own language. You can also keep your name off the card and ask us not to call ahead if it is meant to be a surprise. We only call the recipient if the driver cannot hand the flowers over at all.
What we need from you
A hotel delivery goes through first time when the address carries these. None of it is unusual, it is simply what the front desk asks for.
- The hotel name and the district it is in, for example Şişli, Beşiktaş or Fatih.
- The name the booking is under. The hotel looks the guest up by that name, not by the name on the card.
- A phone number that reaches them in Istanbul. A mobile roaming from home is fine, we do not need a Turkish number.
- The room number if you know it. If you do not, the name and the phone number are enough.
- A delivery date inside their stay. Once a guest has checked out, the hotel has no way to pass the flowers on.

Questions about hotel delivery in Istanbul
Yes, this is routine in Istanbul. The bouquet is left with reception and signed for there, then taken up or handed over when the guest next passes the desk. We are not allowed to go up ourselves, and no hotel in the city permits it.
No. The name on the booking plus a phone number that reaches your guest is enough for the desk to match the delivery. The room number only makes it faster.
Yes, and we already deliver for customers ordering from there. Payment goes through Stripe or PayPal, both of which accept cards issued anywhere, and you need no Turkish bank account or phone number. Prices can be shown in Turkish lira, euro, US dollar or pound sterling. We do not display Saudi riyal yet, so pick whichever of those four suits you and your bank converts at its own rate.
Yes. You can hide your name on the card and tick the option that tells us not to call the recipient in advance. Hotel deliveries are the easiest kind to keep quiet, because the desk holds the bouquet until your guest is back rather than phoning them first.
No. We deliver inside Istanbul only, all 39 districts on both the European and the Asian side, in our own vans. We would rather say so plainly than take the order and hand it to a courier we do not know. If your guest is travelling on, send the flowers while they are still in Istanbul.
Then the delivery cannot be completed, because a hotel will not forward flowers to a guest who has left. Choose a date inside their stay, and if their plans change before the delivery window, message us on WhatsApp and we will move it.
