Send flowers to Istanbul from the UK
Same-day delivery across Istanbul, arranged and delivered by our own florists. You pay in pounds, and the cut-off in London time is 16:00.
Three things worth knowing before you order
Istanbul is two hours ahead of London
Our same-day cut-off is 18:00 Istanbul time, which is 16:00 where you are. This is the single thing that catches British customers out most: an order placed at 5pm in London is already past the cut-off here, so it goes out the next day instead. Anything before 4pm your time is comfortably same-day.
You are charged in pounds, not lira
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and that is what leaves your account. The rate is fixed at the moment you order, so the amount you saw at checkout is the amount charged. There is no separate conversion afterwards and no surprise on the statement.
UK cards and PayPal work normally
British debit and credit cards go through without trouble, and PayPal is available too. We do not charge a delivery fee anywhere in Istanbul, and a handwritten card is included at no extra cost.
What people in the UK usually send
Questions from British customers
16:00 UK time, which is 18:00 in Istanbul. After that we deliver on the next available day. During British Summer Time the gap stays two hours, so the rule does not change through the year.
We charge you in pounds, so from your bank's point of view this is a normal card payment in your own currency. Whether a fee applies depends on your card issuer rather than on us, but most UK cards treat it as a standard transaction.
No. We deliver within Istanbul only, all 39 districts on both the European and the Asian side. We deliver with our own vans, which is the only way we can stand behind the condition the flowers arrive in.
No. Our couriers handle the delivery in Turkish, and the card message can be written in English, Turkish or any language you prefer. We only need a phone number for the recipient in case the courier cannot find the door.
