Three things worth knowing before you order
Istanbul is two hours ahead of London in summer, three in winter
Our same-day cut-off is 18:00 Istanbul time. Turkey does not change its clocks, so in London that is 16:00 during British Summer Time and 15:00 from late October to late March. This is the single thing that catches British customers out most: an order placed at 5pm in London is past the cut-off here in any season, so it goes out the next day instead. Anything before 3pm your time is same-day all year round.
You are charged in pounds, not lira
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and that is what leaves your account. The rate is fixed at the moment you order, so the amount you saw at checkout is the amount charged. There is no separate conversion afterwards and no surprise on the statement.
UK cards and PayPal work normally
British debit and credit cards go through without trouble, and PayPal is available too. We do not charge a delivery fee anywhere in Istanbul, and a handwritten card is included at no extra cost.
