Three things worth knowing before you order
Same-day delivery is usually not possible from the US
Istanbul is seven hours ahead of New York and ten hours ahead of Los Angeles. Our same-day cut-off is 18:00 Istanbul time, which is 11:00 in New York and 08:00 in California. If you are ordering during your afternoon or evening, it is already night here. We would rather say this plainly than take the order and disappoint you: pick a delivery date instead, and it arrives on the morning you choose.
Ordering a day ahead solves it completely
At checkout you can choose any future date and one of nine delivery windows. For a birthday or an anniversary this is actually better than same-day: you name the morning, and the flowers are arranged that morning rather than the night before.
You are charged in dollars
Prices are shown in US dollars and that is what your card is charged. The rate is fixed when you order, so nothing shifts between checkout and your statement. US cards and PayPal both work normally, and delivery anywhere in Istanbul is free.

Only if you order very early in your morning. The cut-off is 18:00 Istanbul time, which is 11:00 in New York, 10:00 in Chicago and 08:00 in Los Angeles. Ordering later in your day is completely normal, it simply means we deliver on the next date you choose rather than today.
You choose one of nine delivery windows, the earliest starting at 09:00 and the latest running to 22:00 Istanbul time. Remember that a 09:00 delivery in Istanbul is 02:00 in New York, so the recipient will usually have the flowers long before you wake up.
No, Istanbul only, but all of it: 39 districts across both the European and the Asian side. We do not ship to other Turkish cities. We deliver with our own vans and our own team, which is the only way we can guarantee what actually arrives at the door.
