Interflora or Fleurop to Turkey: How Flower Networks Deliver

If you want to send flowers to Turkey from the UK or Europe, you will quickly come across Interflora or Fleurop. Both are long established, and both work on the same basic principle we do: the bouquet does not travel, the order does. The difference is who carries out the order at the end. This page explains both routes factually, using the details the networks publish themselves. We are an Istanbul flower business and therefore not neutral, which is why the sources are listed at the bottom of the page, together with the cases where a network is the better choice.

If the recipient is in Istanbul, you can order directly on our send flowers to Istanbul page.

How a flower network works

Interflora and Fleurop run international networks of independent florists. You order on the network's website in your country, the order is passed to a partner florist in Turkey, and that florist arranges and delivers the bouquet. Interflora UK describes a network of local Turkish florists who prepare and deliver the flowers, and Fleurop says the bouquet is arranged and personally delivered by a florist in Turkey. The model has a real strength: it reaches many cities, not just one.

What their terms say

Three points from the published terms matter for an order to Turkey (as of September 2026):

  • The bouquet can differ from the picture. Fleurop's terms state that partners abroad deliver arrangements typical of their country, which may differ from the pictures on its website, and that the exact number of flowers depends on the partner shop's prices.
  • International delivery charge. Fleurop charges a flat 10.00 euros for delivery outside Germany, and further delivery costs can apply in some places abroad.
  • Delivery days. Interflora UK notes that deliveries on Saturday afternoons, Sundays and national holidays are not guaranteed. Fleurop delivers abroad according to local delivery times.

This is not a criticism, it follows from the model: a network sells a bouquet that another shop arranges, with that shop's flowers, at that shop's prices and on that shop's working days.

How it works with us

We are not a network. Your order goes to our own branches in Istanbul, which arrange the bouquet and deliver it. That leads to a few concrete differences:

  • The stem count is in the product description and does not depend on a partner shop's prices.
  • No international delivery charge: delivery within Istanbul is free, and you pay the amount you see, in your own currency.
  • We deliver every day, including Sundays and the Bayram holidays, in fixed windows. Orders placed by 18:00 Turkish time arrive the same day.

When a network is the better choice

We deliver within Istanbul only. If the recipient lives in Ankara, Izmir, Antalya or another Turkish city, a network such as Interflora or Fleurop is the right route, because it has partner florists there and we do not. For an address in Istanbul, the direct route is usually simpler.

What to check with any order to Turkey

Whichever service you use: include the mahalle, the neighbourhood, in the address, add the recipient's Turkish mobile number, and allow for the time difference. The details are in sending flowers from Europe to Turkey. When you compare offers, compare the final price including delivery for the same number of flowers.

Frequently asked

Who delivers Interflora and Fleurop orders in Turkey?

A partner florist in Turkey. The network passes the order to a local florist, who arranges and delivers the bouquet.

Does Fleurop charge extra for delivery to Turkey?

According to Fleurop's terms (September 2026), delivery outside Germany costs a flat 10.00 euros, and further delivery costs can apply in some places.

Will a bouquet ordered through a network look like the picture?

Not necessarily. Fleurop's terms state that partners abroad deliver arrangements typical of their country, which may differ from the pictures, and that the number of flowers depends on the partner shop's prices.

When is a network like Interflora the better choice?

When the recipient lives outside Istanbul. We deliver within Istanbul only, while networks have partner florists in other Turkish cities too.
