We deliver everywhere inside Istanbul, all 39 districts, on the European and the Asian side, every day including Sunday. We do not deliver anywhere outside the city, and we never hand your order to a courier network and hope for the best.
If the person you are sending to lives in Istanbul, and for orders from abroad that is almost always the case, this limit costs you nothing. It is the reason we can give you a delivery window instead of a vague delivery day.

You choose a bouquet
Every photograph on this site is of the arrangement we actually make. What you see is what gets tied, wrapped and carried to the door.
You give us the address
Street, building and the neighbourhood, which is how Turkish addresses work. The phone number of the person receiving matters too, our courier calls before arriving.
You pick a time window
Nine fixed windows between 09:00 and 22:00. Choose the one that suits the person receiving, not the one that suits a courier route.
We hand it over in person
Delivered into the hands of a person, not left at a door. We record who took it and at what time, and you get that back in writing.
Same-day delivery, and what the cut-off actually means
Flowers are not a parcel. There is no border to cross and nothing to clear, because the bouquet is made in Istanbul on the day it is delivered.
18:00 Istanbul time
Order before 18:00 here and it goes out the same day. After that it moves to the next available window. Istanbul is UTC+3 all year, Turkey does not change the clocks.
Nine windows, you choose
From 09:00 to 22:00, the same nine windows in every district. There is no express fee and no premium window, delivery is free wherever you send it in the city.
No customs, no waiting
Nothing crosses a border. The flowers are cut and arranged here, so there is no import paperwork, no duty and no shipment to track across countries.

No. We deliver only within Istanbul, across all 39 districts on both sides of the city. Anywhere beyond the city limits is outside what we cover, and we would rather tell you that here than take the order and disappoint the person waiting.
Yes, and most of our orders come from abroad. You pay in euros, pounds, dollars or lira, the rate is fixed at the moment you order, and the card statement matches what you saw at checkout.
Only if you want them to. A handwritten card is included at no extra cost and we write exactly what you type, in your own words. You can also send them anonymously.
The courier calls the number of the person receiving before arriving, which is why we ask for it. If nobody answers we contact you, and we do not leave fresh flowers at a door in summer heat without asking first.
No. Delivery is free everywhere in Istanbul, in every district and in every time window. The price you see on the product is the price you pay.
