That's not a criticism of those networks, it's just worth knowing, because it means the two things that actually decide whether the delivery goes well, who the local florist is and how directly you can reach them, are hidden a layer deeper than the checkout page suggests.

What to check before you order

Four things matter more than the website's design. First, whether prices are shown in your own currency or only in Turkish lira with a vague conversion note, real multi-currency pricing means someone thought about a non-Turkish buyer. Second, whether the photos are of the actual arrangement or a stock image with a disclaimer underneath. Third, whether there's a same-day cutoff time stated anywhere, and in which time zone. Fourth, whether you can reach a person, by phone or chat, if the delivery address is a hotel room number or an office floor a courier won't guess correctly on the first try.

Istanbul runs three hours ahead, and that changes your cutoff

Istanbul is on TRT, which is two hours ahead of Central European Time and three ahead of the UK. A same-day cutoff of 18:00 in Istanbul is already 15:00 in London and 16:00 in Paris or Berlin. Ordering in your own evening, after dinner, after you've finally sat down to think about it, is usually the single most common reason a same-day request quietly becomes a next-day delivery. If the occasion is time-sensitive, order in your own morning.
